About the speakers

Charlie Crawshaw Project Manager Motorsport Engineer

Charlie is Project Manager at Motorsport Engineer and is the person responsible for course content and course leader liaison within ME. He is currently studying for an MSc in Advanced Motorsport Engineering at Cranfield University, with the ambition of working in Vehicle Dynamics/Performance upon graduation.

Charlie will be moderating the session. 

Todd Hooker Senior Resourcing Advisor Williams Racing
 

Todd is currently the Senior Resourcing Advisor at Williams Racing. He is CIPD, IRP and BPS qualified professional with a real passion for Talent Acquisition. He has worked with prestigious global brands such as the BBC and Daimler (Mercedes) as well as Formula One (F1) teams such as McLaren, Red Bull and Williams. He currently specialises on the Early Careers recruitment (Apprenticeships, Industrial Placements and Graduates) at Williams Racing. He also sits on the Respect Committee for Williams where he is a Diversity and Inclusion ambassador (with a focus on Neurodiversity)

Lottie Gilmore Graduate Design Engineer - Mechanical Williams Racing

Lottie is currently serving as Graduate Design Engineer at Williams Racing Formula 1 Team. She graduated from the University of Bath with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with first-class honours.

With over 20 years of experience as a senior leader in the Recruitment industry, Becky has worked through buoyant and challenging times. She has always been curious about how changing marketplaces affect employers and job seekers and has worked closely with both.
 
Becky researches, creates, and delivers supportive content through her FREE bi-weekly webinars, job search guides, and website. She also provides one-to-one mentoring/coaching to help candidates take control of their job search and career management strategy.
