Featuring Kasper Verduyn, automotive engineering student at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences,and Alessandro Di Dedda, founder at flowforgood.com and seasoned career coach. This event aims to provide students and industry professionals with a realistic insight into job interview tactics, addressing the behavioural, situational and motivational dimensions of the job interview, while working with Kasper at his current preparation for the job hunt.

About the speakers

Charlie Crawshaw

Project Manager at Motorsport Engineer

Charlie is Project Manager at Motorsport Engineer and is the person responsible for course content and course leader liaison within ME. He is currently studying for an MSc in Advanced Motorsport Engineering at Cranfield University, with the ambition of working in Vehicle Dynamics/Performance upon graduation.

Charlie will be moderating the session.

Alessandro Di Dedda

Founder at Flow For Good

HR Lead, Business Partner and systemic coach at heart. Alessandro specialises in building up and managing strategic, scalable high-performing HR functions in startups and fast-growing technology organizations.

He writes, speaks and applies Human-Centric Organization Development in the same way Formula 1 teams do. His clients are now happy of thriving with next-generation HR-Strategies, Frameworks and Programs. 

​Kasper Verduyn

Automotive Engineering Student at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences

Kasper is a young student currently in the final year of his bachelor degree in Automotive Engineering at the Rotterdam University of Applied Aciences. His career goal is to become a Formula 1 Aerodynamicist. To achieve this goal he gets involved in things such as volunteering at race weekends with a motorsport team, works on his own project car and tries to improve his technical skills by reading books and working with relevant simulation programs (CFD- OpenFOAM). In his spare time he likes to cycle, do sim racing and of course meet with family and friends
