- Data Engineer at Carlin F3
Ralph currently works as a Data Engineer in the F3 division of Carlin Motorsport, helping the team in all kind of ways to ensure success on track and extract the most performance out of the cars.
With a degree in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University, Ralph started his professional career alongside his studies in 2016 as a Data Engineer, partaking in the British GT and 24 Hours of Spa.
Upon graduating, Ralph spent time as a Chassis Engineer at RML Group, before launching High Performance Engineering - providing Performance and Data Engineering expertise to top-tier European teams. Having built up a strong portfolio of experience in several categories, Ralph now works full-time as an F3 Data Engineer for the successful Carlin Motorsport.
