Marta de Pfaff Ganduxer
Tyre Performance Engineer

Marta studied Industrial Engineering in Barcelona at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. She began her professional career at SEAT, and then completed her MSc in Motorsport Engineering at Oxford Brookes University, where she was part of the Formula Student Oxford Brookes Racing Team.

During her time at Oxford Brookes, she was with the British Superbikes Championship with the PBM Ducati Team, and developed her master’s dissertation on Tyre Modelling for Racing Motorcycles.

She then worked in the Moto 2 Championship with the team Stop and Go, before joining Formula E where she works as a Tyre Performance Engineer with teams including NIO 333 FE.
