About Bold Valuable Tech
Bold Valuable Tech (offices in Barcelona, Spain and Bicester, Oxfordshire, UK) is a young startup that provides engineering and design services for automotive, aerospace and motorsport sectors and High Voltage Battery Systems for high performance applications. Bold was named as one of the Top Startups in Spain 2023 by LinkedIn.
In this exclusive collaboration, Motorsport Engineer will recommend qualified individuals to Bold Valuable Tech for 6-month, paid traineeships under the guidance of a mentor on a project related to one or more of the following:
- F1 and race cars
- Sportscars
- High-Voltage Battery Systems
For qualified candidates, Bold Valuable Tech may offer a full-time contract after successful completion of the traineeship at their office in the UK or Spain.

Requirements to Apply
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must:
- Be fluent (CEFR B2 or higher) in English
- Hold a degree in engineering or a related field or have equivalent experience
- Have completed or be enrolled in Motorsport Engineer’s CAD Design CAP
- Have completed or be enrolled in Motorsport Engineer’s Composite Design course
- Have the right to work in the EU or in the UK without sponsorship

Selection Process
Motorsport Engineer will conduct the selection process and recommend top candidates to Bold Valuable Tech. The selection process includes:

- CAD Portfolio submission
- Screening interview
