Ralph Dale
Ralph began his journey in the world of motorsport with a degree in Motorsport Engineering from Oxford Brookes University. In 2016, while still studying, he took on a role as a Data Engineer in the British GT and the 24 Hours of Spa events.
After graduating, he expanded his expertise as a Chassis Engineer at RML Group. This experience paved the way for him to establish High Performance Engineering, a venture where he offers his Performance and Data Engineering skills to leading European racing teams.
Ralph has worked at F3 Data Engineer with Carlin Motorsport, in GT racing as a Data Engineer with Barwell Motorsport and with GRT Grasser Racing Team. He is currently an F1 Field Applications Engineer at McLaren Applied.
