Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate leads for our online education programs.
    • Collaborate with marketing to leverage inbound leads and identify potential customers interested in online learning.
  • Qualification and Needs Analysis:
    • Engage with potential customers to understand their educational needs, career goals, and preferences for online learning.
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our online education offerings.
  • Sales Outreach:
    • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to nurture and convert leads into opportunities for our online education programs.
    • Deliver persuasive and informative messaging to showcase the value and benefits of our online courses.
  • CRM Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Provide detailed and timely reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Work closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure a seamless transition of prospects into the sales pipeline.
    • Gather feedback from sales representatives to refine and improve lead qualification processes.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our online education programs to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in online learning platforms.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative is beneficial, preferably in the online education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey the advantages of online learning clearly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in sales tools.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

  • Proficient verbal and written English skills
