Job Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Motorsport Online Education initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the motorsport industry and some experience in education. As the Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our strategy to deliver innovative, high-quality online education experiences for motorsport enthusiasts and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for motorsport online education, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities for product innovation.
• Course Roadmap Development:
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, releases, and enhancements.
  • Prioritise features and improvements based on customer needs, industry trends, and business goals.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure the successful development and launch of new products.
  • Gather and prioritise input from internal and external stakeholders to inform product decisions.
• Product Development and Launch:
  • Oversee the end-to-end course development process, from concept to launch.
  • Work with development teams to define product requirements, provide guidance, and ensure timely delivery.
• Performance Monitoring:
  • Implement tracking and analytics systems to monitor product performance and user engagement.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and iterate on product features for continuous improvement.
• Customer Feedback and Support:
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and address user concerns.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of top motorsports engineering (Formula 1)
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
