Partnerships Manager, B2B Sales

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager specialising in B2B Sales for our Motorsport Education business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and managing partnerships within the motorsport industry. You will probably have a background recruiting engineering for motorsports companies. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of driving revenue growth through successful B2B sales and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the motorsport industry for our education programs.
    • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Partnership Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with motorsport organisations, teams, and industry influencers.
    • Collaborate with potential partners to understand their educational needs and customise solutions.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
    • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalise contractual arrangements.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to potential B2B partners, showcasing the value and benefits of our motorsport education programs.
    • Tailor presentations to address specific needs and challenges within the motorsport sector.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the motorsport education space.
    • Utilise market insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and student success teams to ensure alignment between partner needs and company offerings.
    • Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and integrated solutions to partners.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and provide regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and partnership management, preferably within the motorsport or automotive education sector.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with the motorsport industry and understanding of educational offerings.
