Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven growth-focused Marketing Executive to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful campaign management, and a strategic mindset. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, including email marketing, as well as overseeing video production for new courses and video editing to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, incorporating video content and effective email marketing campaigns, aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
• Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, traditional channels, email, and video content.
  • Develop and implement targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics, emphasising video content and email marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Video Production and Editing:
  • Production of new video content.
  • Coordinate teams to ensure high-quality and engaging video material.
  • Edit and improve video content 
• Email Marketing:
  • Implement automated email marketing funnels.
  • Develop and execute segmented email marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.
  • Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise email campaign performance.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
• Content Creation:
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, emails, and videos.
• Digital Marketing:
  • Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy, integrating video content and email marketing, to enhance brand presence and engage with the target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and analyse performance metrics.
• Lead Generation:
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including video-driven and email-driven tactics, to acquire and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilise analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, emphasising video content and email marketing metrics.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management, digital marketing, video production, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, video editing software, analytics platforms, and content creation tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient verbal and written English skills
